We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, as each piece is made in limited quantities and tied to a larger artistic and communal vision. However, we are committed to ensuring that every supporter receives their item in excellent condition and with the full energy it was created to hold.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Symbolic & Limited-Edition Pieces
Each fragment, shard, and talisman holds intrinsic meaning and is connected to the greater Nexus project. Because of this, once a piece has been claimed, it becomes part of the collective journey and cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage each purchase to be made with intention.
